Marriott El Paso Hotel

We enjoyed everything, the attendant at information desk, was really something. She was polite, talkative, and ready to make us feel quite comfortable. We found out that the Internet Service is very convenient. The fact that we can get copies from our documents at the printing room is a great idea. Technology used at the hotel for the service is really a state of the art. The lady who prepared us a delicious dinner Saturday Evening, Monica, is her name, was elegant, classy, pretty and very polite. Our staying at the Marriott hotel was a delightful experience.

Everything concerning installations is great and the people there is ready to fix inconveniences. When we returned to the room on Saturday evening, around 6:30pm we found the room exactly as it was when we left at noon, untidy. The attendant young man who received my complain, apologized and was ready to fix the problem in no time. Thanks and the Marriott continued to be as the great hotel it is up to the present time.

It was a great business hotel which had great service. The location was best possible and comfortable, the staff was highly courteous. I had coffee at Cuauthemoc Cafe, located within 20 minutes walk.

No complains at all, the hotel met my requirements. It was nice venue overall, everything was wonderful, I would give it other than 3 stars. The service was nice during all my awesome stay. By the way, I didn't mind paying usd 13 per 24 hours for Internet access. The location was great and comfy, near to local shops and the other Marriott and the West Coast of America, in a nice enough area.

The hotel has friendly staff and a lovely indoor/outdoor pool. The room's cleanliness was lacking, with visible dust and an overwhelming smell. The absence of a refrigerator and microwave was disappointing. The dining experience was decent, but the prices felt a bit high for the quality.

The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Although breakfast wasn't offered, having plenty of towels readily available was a nice touch, as was the later check-out time at 1 PM. I encountered a frustrating incident when I returned to find my personal items removed from my room prematurely by housekeeping, which left me embarrassed and inconvenienced.

Perfect spot for a family visit

We loved the location, super convenient for our trip to see our son. The pool bar was a nice surprise, and room service was pretty quick. The beds were doubles, and we missed having a pack & play for our toddler since housekeeping was done early. Solid stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view. The free parking was a great perk. We also enjoyed lounging around the area in the evenings.

My kids wished for a complimentary breakfast option.

Family with children will appreciate this one

The location was really convenient, we didn't feel rushed at all since check-out was at 1. And, we had enough towels without asking, a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was still acceptable.

It was just an excellent fit for a short layover in El Paso with high value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful in finding parking, which can be tricky at night. Keep an eye out for local dining options nearby.

Nice spacious room with clean facilities. Plenty of towels, which I appreciated. Location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Quick check-in process was easy. I faced some issues with the refrigerator-it wasn't in use, which puzzled me considering the amenities they had. I also noticed the shower leaked, which caused some inconvenience. The breakfast was not complementary, which I found disappointing. I enjoyed my stay but felt some areas needed clearer communication and maintenance attention.

The King Room was spacious, clean, and had an endless supply of towels-perfect. Plus, the indoor/outdoor pool area was a refreshing escape, nice for evening swims under the stars ✨🏊‍♀️
